All Services, readings, products, and content provided are subject to your personal interpretation, and no guarantees are made concerning the accuracy, relevance, or quality of the information or guidance provided, as the Services are designed for entertainment purposes only. Any results, whether explicitly stated or implied, cannot be assured. Ultimately, the decisions you make in your life are your own responsibility. If you choose to utilize or rely on any information or guidance provided through the Services, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Ann Théato nor her employees and agents will be held liable to you or any third party for any losses, claims, or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, physical, emotional, medical, mental, financial, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, reliance, lost or imputed profits, substitute services, or any other type), whether based on contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), indemnity, or contribution. Such losses or damages may arise from the use or misuse of any suggestions, information, or content provided through the Services, the Website, or Social Media.
Ann Théato and her employees and agents, collectively referred to as “We,” retain the right to decline or terminate the provision of any Services to any individual, should we determine, at our discretion, that you are causing disruption, behaving inappropriately, or are at risk or under the influence of alcohol or substances. In such cases, we may direct you to an appropriate organization for assistance. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate this website at any time.
You are not permitted to create personal audio recordings of your private readings, referred to as “Audio Recordings,” but if you wish a recording to be made, please request Ann Théato’s assistance at the outset of your appointment. She will use Zoom to record the session and provide you with a link to the audio, which will be accessible for seven days, after which it will be deleted. Publishing any Audio Recording on social media platforms, websites, or elsewhere without prior written consent from Ann Théato is strictly prohibited. Video recordings and Audio recordings during group events require prior written consent from Ann Théato.
Additionally, if at any point during the reading you feel that the Psychic or Medium has not made a connection within the first 10 minutes, you are required to immediately inform the Medium. In such a case, the reading will be terminated, and no further payment will be necessary. Any monies already paid will be refunded to you in the same manner in which they were originally given. Any reading that proceeds beyond the initial ten minutes must be paid for in full.
For PRIVATE READINGS & PAST LIFE REGRESSION APPOINTMENTS: Your booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment, which must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled private appointment. If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may either reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund. In the event of Ann Théato cancelling, all funds will be returned. If you arrive late for your session, Ann Théato will make every effort to accommodate, but she cannot extend the allocated session time.

Lateness & No-Shows
Clients are expected to join their session promptly at the scheduled start time. Ann Théato will keep the Zoom room open for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time.
If the client has not joined or made contact within that 15-minute window, the session will be considered forfeited and fully chargeable, with no refund or rescheduling available.
This policy applies regardless of whether the client subsequently becomes available after the 15-minute period has passed. Please ensure that you check your connection, time zone, and Zoom link before the session begins.
Â
If Ann Théato Cancels
In the unlikely event that Ann Théato cancels the session, all funds will be refunded in full
During private group sessions and events, individuals aged 15-18 may attend only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This recommendation is made by Ann Théato due to the potentially deep emotional content covered, which may not be suitable for a younger audience.
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law, and any legal action against the company must be pursued in an English Court.

No specific outcome, insight, or personal message can be guaranteed, and not every attendee will receive a personal message.
Camera & Attendance Policy
For the integrity of the session and safeguarding reasons, all attendees are expected to have their cameras switched on for the duration of the event. Late arrivals, failure to join the Zoom session on time, or failure to have cameras switched on may result in loss of access, removal from the session, and no refund.

Ann Théato reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or negatively impacts the experience for others. Removal from the session will not qualify for a refund.
Message Themes & Expectations
While themed evenings may focus on specific energies, such as maternal or paternal love, Ann Théato cannot guarantee that messages will come from a specific individual, relationship, or family member.

No Guaranteed Results
Attendees understand that experiences, messages, insights, exercises, or answers provided during these sessions are for entertainment only. Results, experiences, or messages cannot be guaranteed.
