Recommended tools
People often ask me what I use to run my teaching, my podcast and my courses. So here they are, in one place.
None of these need you to be a tech expert. Each one has its own tutorials to help you get started, and that's exactly how I learned. I've tried a lot of tools over the years, and these are the ones that earned their place. I use every one of them myself.
Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you sign up through them I may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools I use myself.
Where my business lives
Kajabi is where my whole teaching business lives. My website, my courses, my communities, my mailing list and my checkout pages, all in one place, with one login.
I didn't arrive knowing how to build any of it. I learned through Kajabi's tutorials, one page at a time, and it's so user-friendly that it never felt like a struggle. I no longer pay a web designer or wait for someone else to update my pages. I do it all myself, whenever I like.
And it looks beautiful. Every page comes out polished and refined, which matters when people are trusting you with something as personal as a reading or their own development.
If you're a reader or teacher who wants to give your clients and students a more professional, more beautiful experience, this is where I'd start.

Behind Psychic Matters
Buzzsprout hosts my podcast, Psychic Matters, and it's been brilliant from the start.
It's so easy to use, and it sends every episode out to Apple, Spotify and every podcast platform out there, without me having to think about it.
Sign up through my link and you'll get $20 credit on your account.
Descript lets me edit audio and video the way you'd edit a document. Delete a word from the transcript and it's gone from the recording - like magic! You can add studio sound which takes away background noise & the sound of traffic passing your studio window!
It's saved me hours of fiddly editing, and it makes tidying up a recording feel almost effortless.
A solid option for recording interviews and conversations online. Guests join from a link in their browser, with no software to install.
I use it to record both solo shows and guests for Psychic Matters, and each person's audio and video are recorded on their own device, so the quality holds up even when an internet connection wobbles.
Running the business
Everything visual I make, from YouTube thumbnails to course workbooks, starts in Canva. You don't need any design training to use it well.
Its ready-made templates make it easy to keep everything looking consistent, so my graphics, workbooks and social posts all feel like they belong together.
Claude has become my thinking partner and my virtual assistant. It helps me build my website, organise my diary and plan my week, and it regularly suggests better ways to run my business.
Claude is a phenomenal assistant. It remembers all aspects of my business. I wouldn't be without it.
Over time your Mac fills up with hidden clutter that slows it down, and you'd have no idea most of it is even there.
CleanMyMac is so brilliant. I set it to run and it clears out all those hidden files and duplicates. It keeps everything running beautifully smoothly.
Every tool here is one I use in my own business. If something stops earning its place, it comes off the list.
